Cooking for fun: Chocolate hearts


Chocolate hearts





They are very quick and easy to make.


Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted then remove from heat.



Temper the chocolate and pour the melted chocolate into the heart shaped mold.



Place in the refrigerator until set. 




Pop them out of the mold and wrap them individually. 


Perfect for Valentine's Day or any other special occasion!
