Cooking 4 Fun: Spooky Halloween Cake

It's almost Halloween and these Spooky Cakes are such a Fun way to Celebrate! 

 Simple, fast recipe with simple ingredients and very tasty!

Ingredients

8oz Flour

oz Light brown sugar

2 teasp Baking powder

2-3 teasp Cinnamon

4 Eggs

8 oz Sunflower oil

8oz Grated carrot

6oz Chopped mixed nuts

Icing

6oz Philadelphia cheese

2oz Icing sugar

2oz Butter                 sugar/butter approx. or to taste

METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar together, add oil and flour and beat well.

Then, add cinnamon, baking powder and carrot (this will go runny)

Pour into cake tin, bake for 45 minutes.

Icing: Beat ingredients together, add food colouring into the icing, cover cake when cool.
