Cooking for fun: Carrot cake



A simple, yummy carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.


Method:

 Recipe of the week: Carrot cake







In a mixing bowl, mix sugar, vegetable oil and eggs. Add rest of ingredients and whisk them.


Distribute into 2 cake layers pans, which have been generously greased. Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.






Cool layers.







To remove layers from baking pan, turn upside down, tap edge of pan on a hard surface.




When the cake is cool spread the icing. Center second layer on top of first layer.



With a spatula, spread remainder of frosting to cover top and sides of cake.



Here you are,  delicious carrot cake!
